Věrka Matýsková

In the team, I work as an instructor and as an assistant to the psychologist during a stress-training course. I focus primarily on crisis intervention and on supporting the stabilization and mobilization of clients in challenging field situations. I am a psychology student at the Faculty of Social Studies at Masaryk University and a graduate of a crisis intervention course. As part of my studies, I also work on cognitive training with patients in a psychiatric hospital and on tutoring statistical analyses. Through this practice, I am increasingly aware of how essential self-experience and personal insight are — and this is exactly what I strive to pass on to the course participants.
